Snack and drink at half day...plus lunch at full day.
Running shoes or soccer boots recommended.
Shin pads are optional.
Sunscreen, caps and shorts are recommended.
Towel and swimsuit at full day.
Zippered knapsack or bag for snacks, lunch etc.
