Things to Bring

A check list of things all participants should bring

  • Snack and drink at half day...plus lunch at full day.

  • Running shoes or soccer boots recommended.

  • Shin pads are optional.

  • Sunscreen, caps and shorts are recommended.

  • Towel and swimsuit at full day.

  • Zippered knapsack or bag for snacks, lunch etc.

  • Smile!
